Louie Wingz & Catfish was birthed in 2017 and named after the late  Martez “Louie” Jordan. The initial idea was brought to life by Louie’s younger brothers with the opening of our sister restaurant, Tez Wingz, which is based in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Louie loved to help others and share his love over a good meal. We wanted to spread that same love and warmth with our customers over some good ol’ comfort food. Louie Wingz and Catfish’s motto is to bring that same love to the community over one of Chicago’s favorite cuisines, FRIED CHICKEN AND CATFISH.

We pride ourselves in providing fresh, never faked chicken and fish that reminds you of your favorite family member’s famous recipe. And to top it off and add our Louie Wingz flare, you can’t forget the final touch,  our famous mild sauce.
